Hazard of Plastics Waste

    SDGs stands for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is a global action plan agreed upon by world leaders, including the world, to end poverty, reduce inequality and protect the environment. How to realize such a goal can use a variety of ways. Starting from the closest to us, until in the higher levels of the government. Therefore, I participated in helping to realize the goals of it in my own way. Steps that must be considered is as follows 

1) investigation  : observing and analyzing the problem of plastic waste around the place

 I took the topic of the most common problems in rural communities that is usually about trash. I conducted observations around the house, especially in this part of the river. And I see a lot of garbage that is dumped in the river, the average waste disposed in that type of household waste and is dominated by the plastic waste. The view was very alarming, especially water of the river is now increasingly shrinking.


2) Preparation: planning for recycling followed by urging the public about the dangers of plastic waste to life. 


Because of the abundance of plastic waste, it would be nice if we utilize the waste plastic as a useful item with the way of recycling. At least the plastic waste was reduced and fish or plants in the river can live with decent.


3) Action: bring bags instead of plastic bags, use environmentally friendly materials, use plastic waste into useful items.

In addition to the act, must be accompanied by self-awareness respectively. For example to reduce plastic waste, it can do that is by carrying grocery bags as a replacement for plastic bags or to replace plastic straws with straw of paper, or better take the straws own.

4) Demontration 

By using this blog as a place to share information, I hope it can remind a lot of people about the plastic waste. And can form self-awareness on the other, so that the waste on this earth to be reduced.

    Mostly if we buy an item in a store, it must always be packaged using a plastic bag. We as buyers should be aware to start using tote bags when shopping to reduce the use of plastic bags as you have done.

    I agree with you, many people still don't use tote bags when they're shopping and prefer to use plastic bags, and after that they don't recycle them. I hope with this small step many people will be more aware to change their lifestyle by reducing plastic waste
